The Brightwater HOA meets the third Tuesday of each month at the Clubhouse.  Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and are open to all residents.

July Board Meeting

Due to vacation conflicts, the July Board Meeting will be held July 8, 2008. All Brightwater resident are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Election Results

The HOA Annual Meeting and Election was held Tuesday evening, June 17. There were two Board positions open and four candidates: Howard Hochman, David Lemons, Manish Patel and Woody Woodson. After a late night tally by Crest Management staff, Woody Woodson requested a recount, which was held at Crest's offices on Wednesday. The final vote count confirmed David Lemons and Manish Patel to be the winners. Each will serve a two-year term on the Board. Congratulations to David and Manish!
