Brightwater Clubhouse

Our Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is for the exclusive use of Brightwater homeowners. Brightwater residents may use the facility for a rental fee of $250 with a $500 deposit. The applicant will be responsible for cleaning up the Clubhouse after use.

The Clubhouse is available for rent on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservations are not finalized until the rental fee, deposit and acceptable Clubhouse Contract are in the possession of Brightwater HOA.

Rental fee, deposit and Clubhouse Contract must be submitted at least 10 days before the event. Please note that the rental fee and deposit must be made in separate payments. No cash will be accepted. If you mail the rental fee, deposit and Clubhouse Contract, please mark the outside of the envelope "Brightwater Clubhouse Rental."

All clean up must be done subsequent to the event. A maintenance check/inspection (See Clubhouse Inspection Form) will be performed no later than 10:00 a.m. the day following the rental.  Any necessary cleanup, missing items or cost to repair any damage will be deducted from your deposit.  Subsequent to our inspection, your deposit check is endorsed and returned to you assuming cleaning charges are not necessary and there are no missing items or damage to the property.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your scheduled event less than 48 hours prior to the reservation time noted in the Clubhouse Contract, then the deposit will be refunded, but the rental fee will be forfeited. Joanie Sharp coordinates Clubhouse rentals including key pick-up and return and post-event inspections.  Please note there is a $50 charge deducted from the deposit if the Coordinator is made to wait more than 15 minutes for a key return.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Joanie Sharp at 281-499-3889.
