The Brightwater Board of Directors is composed of five members serving two-year terms. The terms

are staggered -- two Directors are elected in even years and three Directors are elected

in odd years. The elections take place during the HOA Annual Meeting held in June.

The Brightwater Board of Directors meets the third Tuesday of each month at the Clubhouse.

Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and are open to all HOA residents.
