Brightwater Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is a highlight of the Brightwater community. HOA monthly meetings are held here, as well as various events for the residents. The first floor is available for rental to Brightwater residents; the south side of the building houses the lifeguard room and pool restrooms. The Clubhouse has a maximum occupancy of 60 and no alcoholic beverages are allowed on site.

Brightwater Pool

The Brightwater Community Pool -- along with a baby pool -- is located adjacent to the Brightwater Clubhouse and is open weekends in May and Tuesday through Sunday during the summer. The Pool is staffed with lifeguards from Sweetwater Pools and is a great place for residents to enjoy a summer swim.

The Pool closes after the Labor Day holiday.

Brightwater Tennis Courts

Brightwater has two regulation-size tennis courts located adjacent to the Clubhouse. They are available for use by our residents only and must be reserved using the sign-up sheets at the courts.

Brightwater Parks

The Brightwater subdivision has four neighborhood parks: The Boat Park, Northshore Park, Breezeway Park and Lakewinds Park. Additionally, the linear green space along the lake offers residents a wonderful walkway and benches for exercise and relaxation.
