Operations Committee Report Accomplished since January
We’ve had a productive period despite all the rain. Most of the work done is routine maintenance and will not be reported here, but below are some of the highlights.  | Three major standing water areas were fixed: Clubhouse, Lakeside Meadow Park , and Breezeway Park . Some of these repairs are still being finished. Once the ground settles at Lakeside Meadow, the new sidewalk will be poured and the turf replaced |  | Finally the stucco walls have been cleaned! |  | Stamped concrete at the clubhouse entrance is finished |  | Two unstable and rickety benches were replaced |  | The concrete surfaces around the pool and the blue awning next to the baby pool were cleaned |  | New flags and new lights at the clubhouse were purchased |
Did you notice that we “topped” the trees in front of the clubhouse? Those trees are older than the others and some of the largest branches are splitting off the trees. The topping process can extend their life by as much as five years. Though we were skeptical at first, we have done this before and got good results. Let’s watch them grow this Spring!!
