Brightwater Pool

The community pool -- along with a baby pool -- is located adjacent to the Brightwater Clubhouse and is open weekends in May and Tuesday through Sunday during the summer. It closes after the Labor Day holiday.

The pool is staffed with lifeguards from Sweetwater Pools and is a great place for residents to enjoy a summer swim.

Brightwater Homeowners Association 2009 Pool Season

	The Brightwater Community Pool will open Saturday, May 2 Pool tag distribution will be held on the following days:





MAY 2 thru June 4 – Weekends Only
	Saturday	10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
	Sunday	10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
MAY 24
	Sunday	10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
MAY 25 – Monday (Memorial Day)		10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
JUNE 5 thru AUGUST 22 (Closed Mondays)
	Tuesday and Friday	11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
	Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday	10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
AUGUST 23rd through SEPTEMBER 5th
	Sunday Mondays through Fridays	10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Closed

THESE QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO USE THE POOL FACILITIES:

You must be a resident and/or guest of a resident. Only two guests allowed per family.
Resident must be current on annual maintenance fees and not have a deed restriction violation.
Fee payment will not be accepted at pool tag registration.
Resident must have swim tag at all times while at the pool.
Rules are posted at the pool and will be strictly enforced. Anyone breaking a rule is subject
to ejection from the pool.
If you are unable to attend the official registration days, tags will be issued by Crest Manage-
ment by mail only. There will be a $20.00 fee plus postage.
Pool parties can only be held after pool hours. Contact Diane Giltner at 281 499-0695.

NOTE: Closed Mondays. If the pool is open on a holiday Monday, it will be closed on
the following Tuesday for cleaning.

Please do not drop off small children by themselves. Children ages 10 and under will not be allowed in the pool area if they are not accompanied by someone 16 years or older.

Brightwater Homeowners Association Pool Party Information

The Brightwater pool is the perfect setting for a cool summer party and is available to residents with 2008 pool tags.

Pool parties are scheduled to begin after regular pool hours and must end by 11:00 p.m.

There is a Brightwater fee to use the pool and a Sweetwater Pools, Inc. fee for the lifeguards.
